Cooked & Freeze Dried Mung Bean Pasta, Pinto Beans, Lima Beans, Garbanzo Beans, Red Lentils, Brown Lentils, Brown Rice.
Freeze Dried Spinach, Red and Green Bell Peppers
Coconut Flakes, Rosemary, Basil, Tumeric, Maca Powder, Ginger Powder, Cinnamon Powder

Boil 1 cup of water and add half cup of mixture. Boil for 3 min and remove from burner, cover, let it sit, and cool off completely before serving. You may add more water to soften the consistency if you'd like.
